  I need to be able to allow anonymous feedbacks

Scenario: Guests can see anonymous feedback on front page but can not complete

Scenario: Complete anonymous feedback on the front page as an authenticated user
    And I log in as "user1"
    And I am on site homepage
    When I follow "Site feedback"
