Feature: Calculated grade items can be used in the gradebook
  In order to use calculated grade items in the gradebook
  As a teacher
  I need setup calculated grade items in the 'Gradebook setup' page.

    Given I press "Add category"
    And I set the following fields to these values:

    And I press "Save changes"
    And I press "Add grade item"

    And I press "Save changes"
